Зараз ми в пошуку Full-stack Marketing Designer, щоб разом піднімати планку результату.

Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі:

- Ideation — генерація візуальної складової креативів на основі технічних задач команди маркетингу;

- Production — розробка статичних та відео-креативів для просування продукту у рекламних мережах (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube);

- Cooperation — тісна співпраця з маркетинговим відділом, обговорення ідей та покращення існуючих креативів;

- Experiments — тестування нових інструментів, ефектів, плагінів, створення шаблонів для більш ефективної роботи;

- Creative research — аналіз рекламних матеріалів конкурентів та соціальних мереж для відстеження світових тенденцій у дизайні;

- Analytics — аналіз креативів та побудова гіпотез на основі їхніх результатів.

Що для нас важливо:

- Практичні знання After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;

- Практичний досвід з монтажу відео;

- Вміння створювати шаблони у Figma, працювати з компонентами та бібліотеками;

- Знання AI-інструментів: Midjourney, Higgsfield, Elevenlabs, Runway, HeyGen, Kling AI, ComfyUI та подібних;

- Досвід роботи з плагінами: Animation Composer, GifGun 2, AEUX та подібними;

- Глибоке розуміння принципів дизайну, композиції, типографіки та колористики;

- Високий рівень креативності та здатність генерувати ідеї, що відповідають потребам користувачів і бізнесу;

- Вміння аргументовано відстоювати своє бачення і приймати самостійні рішення;

- Грамотний тайм-менеджмент: вміння планувати завантаження і працювати з дедлайнами.

Буде перевагою:

- Комерційний досвід від 1 року;

- Знання Blender, Cinema 4D та Premiere Pro.
