Наш партнер — продуктова IT-компанія, яка розвиває міжнародний онлайн-сервіс у сфері особистого розвитку. Він поєднує практичний контент та інтерактивні інструменти, що допомагають користувачам краще розуміти себе, формувати нові звички та застосовувати отримані знання в повсякденному житті.

Зараз шукаємо Head of Engineering, який допоможе команді розвивати продукт, ухвалювати сильні технічні рішення та впевнено проходити наступні етапи зростання.

Тут буде простір розібратися, запропонувати своє й побачити, як твоя ідея працює на практиці. А ще — люди, з якими можна відкрито обговорювати складні питання, сперечатися про рішення та разом знаходити кращий шлях.

Чим ти займатимешся:

• Формуватимеш технічне бачення продукту та план його розвитку разом із командою й бізнесом.

• Очолиш engineering-команду: 3 backend-а, 3 frontend-а, 2 mobile devs, один DevOps та 2 QA.

• Допомагатимеш інженерам розвиватися, брати відповідальність і працювати злагоджено.

• Покращуватимеш архітектуру, якість коду та підходи до розробки, тестування й релізів.

• Працюватимеш із продуктивністю, надійністю та масштабуванням сервісів.

• Узгоджуватимеш технічні й продуктові пріоритети: де варто інвестувати в покращення зараз, а де достатньо простішого рішення.

• Знаходитимеш можливості зробити роботу команди зрозумілішою, швидшою та комфортнішою.

Із чим працюватимеш:

Основний backend-стек — PHP, Laravel та MySQL. На frontend — TypeScript та Vue.

У технічному середовищі також є API, внутрішні інструменти, аналітичні сховища, автоматизації та контейнеризована інфраструктура з CI/CD. Більше про архітектуру, команду та актуальні виклики розповімо на знайомстві.

Нам буде цікаво познайомитися, якщо ти:

• Маєш 4+ роки комерційного досвіду backend-розробки, зокрема на PHP, та 2+ роки роботи з Laravel.

• Маєш 2+ роки управлінського досвіду та керував технічною командою від 5 людей.

• Вмієш будувати й розвивати процеси, які допомагають команді доставляти результат.

• Працював із базами даних, чергами повідомлень, кешуванням і пошуковими системами.

• Маєш досвід із мікросервісною архітектурою та оптимізацією сервісів під навантаженням.

• Можеш зануритися в технічні деталі й пояснити рішення людині без інженерного бекграунду.

• Почуваєшся комфортно у продуктовому середовищі, де потрібно експериментувати, визначати пріоритети та адаптуватися до змін.

Володієш англійською на рівні Pre-Intermediate або вище.

Нам близький керівник, до якого можна прийти зі складним питанням, невдалою спробою або сміливою ідеєю. Людина, яка вміє слухати, давати чесний фідбек і допомагати команді знаходити рішення.
