Зараз ми в пошуку User Acquisition Manager для однієї з наших портфельних компаній, що створює цифрові сервіси, які допомагають людям простіше працювати з документами, розвивати когнітивні навички та знаходити кращі кар’єрні можливості.

Класні продукти будують не вакансії, а люди. Тому ми не просто шукаємо спеціаліста на певний набір задач, а людину, яка зможе впливати на розвиток продукту, масштабувати маркетинг і з часом вирости до User Acquisition Lead та в перспективі Head of Marketing.

Які задачі чекають нашого(шу) User Acquisition Manager:

- участь в Management Board продукту

- побудова квартальної маркетингової стратегії

- виконання цілей по масштабуванню

- комунікація з рекламними партнерами

- координація та people-менеджмент команди

- синхронізація з креативною командою

- тісна взаємодія з Head of AI щодо автоматизації маркетингових процесів

Що для нас важливо:

Must-have:

1. Досвід аналізу конкурентів та робота зі Spy Tools (Similarweb, BigSpy, AppMagic)

2. Практичний досвід сетапу реклами з нуля в Google Ads та Meta Ads, з виходом на бюджети > $100k/міс

3. Розуміння метрик CAC, CPC, LTV, ROI, CR

Nice-to-have:

- Досвід роботи як з веб-воронками, так і з апками

- Досвід people-менеджменту (менторинг, найм, побудова PDP, звільнення)

- Досвід автоматизацій та AI (сетап автоправил, робота з Claude)
