Die Holding der Schmidt Kranz Gruppe sucht einen unternehmerisch denkenden und dynamischen Chief of Staff (m/w/d) mit ersten Erfahrungen im Management von Projekten. In dieser Position besteht eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, um einerseits das tägliche Geschäft zu unterstützen und andererseits strategische Projekte zu bearbeiten. Initiative, Tatkraft, Begeisterung für neue Lösungen, Kreativität und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sind Schlüsselqualitäten, nach denen wir suchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Managements bei der unternehmerischen Entwicklung der Schmidt Kranz Group, hierzu gehören u.a. Analysen und Research von bestehenden und neuen Geschäftsfeldern sowie die Mitarbeit bei M&A-Projekten oder Partnerschaften
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten, z.B. im Bereich Digitalisierung, Einkauf, Nachhaltigkeit etc.
  • Analyse, Beratung und Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften: Identifikation und Realisierung von Potentialen bei Prozessen
  • Aufbau eines Netzwerks zu Tochtergesellschaften und Kunden
  • Vertrauenswürdige Ressource für die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Unternehmertum äußert sich in ersten Aktivitäten
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise einen Master-Abschluss in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Studienfach oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Leidenschaft für effiziente technische Produkte und Lösungen
  • Strukturierte sowie proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Problemlösungsorientierung und analytische Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zu kollaborieren
  • Affinität zur Kultur und Mentalität in Familienunternehmen mit Hands-on-Mentalität und unternehmerischer Veranlagung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine zusätzliche Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft
