Atua com soluções de financiamento imobiliário, consórcio, escritura, ITBI e registro, oferecendo assessoria e acompanhamento em diferentes etapas do processo.Com uma proposta focada em facilitar a vida de quem compra um imóvel, a Ristra combina tecnologia, atendimento consultivo e parceria com instituições financeiras para tornar os processos mais simples, organizados e eficientes.🎯 QUEM ESTAMOS BUSCANDOBuscamos um(a) profissional com experiência no mercado financeiro imobiliário, especialmente em financiamento imobiliário e/ou consórcio, que tenha domínio de simulações de crédito e negociação de condições comerciais. Essa pessoa terá um papel importante na estruturação da operação B2C, atuando diretamente na conversão de oportunidades em negócios. Se você gosta de vendas consultivas, entende de crédito imobiliário e busca uma oportunidade para contribuir com a construção de uma operação comercial, essa vaga é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender e qualificar leads interessados em financiamento imobiliário e consórcio.Realizar simulações de financiamento junto aos bancos parceiros.Comparar taxas, condições e propostas para identificar as melhores alternativas para cada cliente.Conduzir negociações comerciais e apresentar soluções adequadas ao perfil dos clientes.Registrar oportunidades no CRM e realizar follow-ups para avançar as negociações.Acompanhar indicadores de conversão e receita, propondo melhorias nos processos comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Ensino superior completo.Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro imobiliário, com atuação em financiamento imobiliário e/ou consórcio.Vivência prática com operações de crédito imobiliário.Conhecimento de financiamento imobiliário, consórcio e modalidades de amortização SAC e Price.Experiência com simulações e comparação de condições de crédito entre instituições financeiras.Familiaridade com CRM e acompanhamento de oportunidades comerciais.Diferenciais:Experiência em bancos ou administradoras de consórcio, especialmente com crédito imobiliário.Passagem por instituições como Bradesco, Itaú, Santander, Banco Inter, Embracon ou Porto Seguro.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Gestão Imobiliária ou Gestão de Vendas.Conhecimento e utilização de ferramentas de inteligência artificial na rotina profissional.
