The posting

Voor een internationale producent binnen de FMCG zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Key Account Manager. In deze functie maak je deel uit van een groeiend Belgisch commercieel team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director Benelux.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal belangrijke retailaccounts op hoofdkantoorniveau, en eindverantwoordelijke voor alle onderhandelingen met die accounts.
  • Uitbouw van nieuwe business en verdere ontwikkeling van kanalen met groeipotentieel.
  • Realisatie van de doelstellingen voor omzet en winstgevendheid per merk en per account, met beheer van de budgetten, de kortingen en de marges.
  • Opmaak van jaarlijkse accountplannen, inclusief business reviews en analyses van categorieën en merken.
  • Opvolging van sales- en marktaandeelcijfers en op basis daarvan voorstellen doen voor acties en investeringen.
  • De meerwaarde van A-merken aantonen met sterke analyses en via shopper- en trade-marketing.
  • Opvolging van volumes, promoties en prijszetting, met oog voor kostenbesparing en efficiëntie.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne teams bij productlanceringen, promoties en category-managementprojecten.
  • Inbreng in de commerciële strategie van de organisatie.
  • Een evenwicht tussen accountbeheer, klantbezoeken, business development en interne afstemming.

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal 3 à 5 jaar ervaring als Key Account Manager of in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie, idealiter in retail of food.
  • Een combinatie van analytische en administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een uitgesproken hunter-mentaliteit.
  • Bereid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een P&L en de bijhorende beslissingen. Eerdere P&L-ervaring is mooi meegenomen.
  • Sterk financieel inzicht, met goede analytische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Communicatief sterk, een overtuigende onderhandelaar en een echte teamspeler met leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans, met een goede actieve kennis van het Engels.
