Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a Permanent role in Danvers, MA. This is a great Long Term opportunity for steady work!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate Heavy Equipment(Excavator, Dozer, Loaders, Backhoes, etc.)
  • Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects
  • Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
  • Perform daily equipment inspections

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of construction experience(preferred)
  • Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 10 certification(preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safe work practices

Pay & Benefits:

  • $38-40/hr
