Vacature: Administratief Medewerker met focus op facturatie (voltijds of 4/5de)

Voor een stabiele en familiale KMO in de bouwsector, gevestigd in Grimbergen, zoeken we een administratieve duizendpoot die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en verhuur van technisch bouwmaterieel en ondersteunt klanten met kwalitatieve oplossingen voor hun werven. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving met open space.

Als administratief medewerker ligt jouw belangrijkste focus op facturatie.Daarnaast ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf met diverse administratieve taken.

Je komt terecht in een administratief team van twee personen. Jullie werken nauw samen en fungeren als elkaars back-up, waardoor een goede samenwerking en kennisdeling belangrijk zijn.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en opmaken van facturen.
  • Instaan voor een correct en overzichtelijk klassement.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van offertes.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij personeelsadministratie.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse allround administratieve taken.
  • Collega's ondersteunen en vervangen waar nodig.
  • Je werkt met Odoo als facturatieprogramma.

We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, graag zelfstandig aan de slag gaat en tegelijk vlot communiceert met collega's en klanten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands én het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent communicatief, vlot en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, vooral bij facturatie en klassement.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer en leert nieuwe programma's snel aan.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het fijn om een breed administratief takenpakket op te nemen.
  • Ervaring met facturatie of een ERP-programma zoals Odoo is een pluspunt.
