Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en heb je affiniteit met facturatie en digitale systemen? Zoek je een deeltijdse functie binnen een stabiele onderneming waar je een belangrijke administratieve rol vervult?

Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming actief in de verkoop, verhuur, het onderhoud en de herstelling van landbouw- en tuinbouwmachines zijn we op zoek naar een Halftijdse Facturatiemedewerker.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele en gespecialiseerde werkomgeving waar samenwerking, nauwkeurigheid en een correcte administratie centraal staan.

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als facturatiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de inkomende en uitgaande facturatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve en financiële documenten nauwkeurig worden opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.
  • Opmaken en controleren van verkoopfacturen.
  • Administratieve verwerking van facturatiegegevens in het ERP-pakket IRIUM, een gespecialiseerd softwareprogramma voor de landbouwsector.
  • Toekennen en opvolgen van volgnummers.
  • Invullen en verwerken van de nodige documenten voor de aanvraag van nummerplaten.
  • Controleren van administratieve gegevens en documenten.
  • Ondersteunen van de algemene administratie.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?

We zoeken een nauwkeurige en betrouwbare administratieve medewerker die graag zelfstandig werkt en vlot nieuwe systemen aanleert.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in facturatie of een administratieve functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Ervaring met IRIUM is niet noodzakelijk. Het gaat om een uitgebreid en specifiek softwarepakket. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je vlot nieuwe computerprogramma's en complexe systemen kan aanleren.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en kan je plan trekken in het frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je beschikt over een aantoonbaar stabiel professioneel parcours.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Brussegem of omliggende gemeenten.
  • Je bent bewust op zoek naar een deeltijdse tewerkstelling.
