Vill du leda och utveckla fordonsservice i Åre?

Gästarena Åre söker en engagerad och trygg Arbetsledare till Fordonsservice Åre. I rollen arbetar du nära Områdesansvarig Teknisk service och övriga ledare inom Gästarena. Du är en närvarande ledare som ansvarar för att planera, leda och följa upp det dagliga arbetet samt skapa goda förutsättningar för arbetsgruppen.

Fordonsservice består av 8-9 medarbetare som arbetar med service och reparationer av pistmaskiner, skoter, ATV mm.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda, coacha och stötta arbetsgruppen i det dagliga arbetet.
  • Planera och fördela arbetet samt följa upp och utveckla verksamheten.
  • Ansvara för introduktion, utbildning, medarbetarsamtal samt löpande coachning och stöd till medarbetarna.
  • Delta i rekryteringen av fordonsmekaniker tillsammans med områdesansvarig Teknik.
  • Planera och administrera schemaläggning samt hantera justeringar vid exempelvis frånvaro.
  • Följa upp medarbetarnas tidrapporter.
  • Säkerställa att rutiner, säkerhetsföreskrifter och SkiStars policys följs.
  • Aktivt verka för en god och säker arbetsmiljö i enlighet med SkiStars riktlinjer och värderingar.
  • Ansvara för informationsspridning och personalstyrning i det dagliga arbetet.
  • Samarbeta med övriga avdelningar, ledare och samarbetspartners för att säkerställa en väl fungerande drift och ett professionellt genomförande av event.

Vi söker dig som är trygg och tydlig i ditt ledarskap och som trivs med att arbeta nära både medarbetare och den dagliga verksamheten. Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer. Du har ett stort intresse för fjällmiljö, service och gästupplevelser och vill vara med och utveckla både verksamheten och personalgruppen.

Förkunskapskrav

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller ledaransvar med personalansvar.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga
  • God förmåga att planera, prioritera och strukturera det dagliga arbetet.

Meriterande

  • Arbetslivserfarenhet från skid-, besöksnärings-, event- eller liknande verksamhet.
  • Kunskap om SkiStars verksamhet och anläggning.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta som mekaniker

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 100% med placering i Åre. Tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse och vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.

Arbetet är förlagt enligt schema och kan variera beroende på verksamhetens behov. Kväll och helgjobb förekommer i perioder.

Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdagen.
