The posting

Vi söker nu en arbetsledare till vår logiserviceavdelning inom Lodgingområdet i Sälen. Rollen passar dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av ledarskap, eller ett starkt intresse för att utvecklas inom ledarskap och personalutveckling.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och ansvar

Som arbetsledare ansvarar du för att leda och coacha personalgruppen samt säkerställa att medarbetarna har rätt förutsättningar i sitt arbete. I rollen ingår bland annat:

  • Arbetsledning, planering och fördelning av arbetsuppgifter.
  • Coaching och medarbetarsamtal.
  • Vecko- och/eller månadsmöten med personalen.
  • Optimering av den dagliga driften.
  • Vara sammanhållande länk i teamet och rapportera till ansvarig chef.
  • Vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter inom logiserviceområdet.

Vi söker dig som är serviceinriktad, engagerad och nyfiken. Du är öppen, ärlig och en lagspelare som gärna samarbetar med andra. Vidare ser vi att du har digital vana och grundläggande datakunskaper. Du ska även ha en förmåga att skapa goda förutsättningar för både personalgruppen och verksamheten.

Förkunskapskrav

  • Arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande verksamhet.
  • B-körkort för bil med manuell växellåda.
  • Vana av att arbeta i administrativa datasystem.

Meriterande

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning.
  • Kunskap om SkiStars verksamhet.

Anställningsform Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.

Arbetstiden är schemalagd, 40 timmar per vecka. Kvälls- och helgarbete förekommer periodvis.

Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdagen.
