SkiStar söker nu en senior Chef Revenue & Yield Management som vill ta ett strategiskt och operativt ansvar för vår intäktsoptimering. I denna arbetsledande roll får du möjlighet att driva utvecklingen av vår revenue management-funktion och leda ett dedikerat team.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda och utveckla SkiStars revenue management-team
  • Ansvara för prissättningsstrategi, kapacitetsstyrning och intäktsoptimering med huvudfokus på boendeaffären.
  • Arbeta nära affärsområden som logi och fastighet för att maximera intäkter
  • Analysera marknadsdata, bokningsmönster och konkurrens för att fatta datadrivna beslut
  • Identifiera nya intäktsmöjligheter och bidra till kommersiell innovation
  • Säkerställa att teamet arbetar effektivt med BI-verktyg, prognoser och KPI-uppföljning

Vi söker en senior strategisk och analytisk ledare med stark kommersiell förståelse och dokumenterad erfarenhet av revenue management. Du har förmåga att kombinera långsiktig affärsstrategi med operativt genomförande och trivs i en arbetsledande roll där du utvecklar både team och arbetssätt. Med ett datadrivet och nyfiket arbetssätt analyserar du marknad, efterfrågan och kundbeteenden för att optimera prissättning och kapacitet. Du samarbetar nära verksamheten, driver intäktsutveckling genom insikt och innovation samt är trygg i att arbeta med prognoser, KPI:er och BI-verktyg i en komplex och dynamisk miljö.

Kvalifikationer

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av personalansvar/arbetsledning
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av revenue management, affärsutveckling eller kommersiell analys, gärna inom rese-, hotell- eller upplevelsebranschen
  • God förståelse för prissättningsmodeller, efterfrågeanalys och kapacitetsstyrning
  • Förmåga att kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt ledarskap
  • Vana att arbeta med BI-verktyg, Excel och affärssystem
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Arbete med likvärdiga uppgifter inom besöksnäringen.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med start omgående eller enligt överenskommelse. Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.
