Vill du kombinera studier inom lön eller HR med praktisk erfarenhet av lönearbete?

Vi söker nu en löneadministratör som kan stötta oss på deltid vid behov. Rollen passar dig som exempelvis studerar inom lön, HR eller liknande och vill få möjlighet att utveckla dina kunskaper genom praktiskt arbete parallellt med studierna.

Som löneadministratör blir du en del av vårt Payroll team på SkiStars HR avdelning. Arbetsuppgifterna kommer att variera beroende på behov och din erfarenhet, men fokus ligger framför allt på enklare administrativa och lönerelaterade moment. På sikt kan det även finnas möjlighet att delta i delar av våra lönekörningar.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Löpande administration kopplad till löneprocessen
  • Hantering och kvalitetssäkring av underlag
  • Uppdatering och förvaltning av lönerelaterad information
  • Stöd till kollegor i enklare lönefrågor och administrativa moment
  • Vid behov medverka i delar av lönekörningen
  • Andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter inom lön och HR-administration

Vi söker dig som:

  • Studerar inom lön, HR, ekonomi eller motsvarande, alternativt nyligen har avslutat en relevant utbildning
  • Är noggrann, strukturerad och tycker om att arbeta med administration och siffror.
  • Har lätt för att lära dig nya system och arbetssätt
  • Tar ansar för dina arbetsuppgifter och trivs med att samarbeta med andra.
  • Har ett intresse för lön och HR samt vill utvecklas inom området.

Tidigare erfarenhet av löneadministration är meriterande, men inget kvar. Det viktigaste är att du har rätt intresse, noggrannhet och vilja att lära dig.

Tjänsten är ett tillfällig behov där flexibilitet i både timmar, tider och dagar är en förutsättning för båda parter. Inledande ser vi ett behov om ca 1-2 dagar i veckan men det behovet kan också komma att minska eller öka under perioder i dialog med dig. Vi vill kunna ha ett bra samarbete som skapar rätt förutsättningar för dig som eventuellt vill kombinera denna roll med studier. I rollen finns möjlighet till placering i Stockholm, Sälen eller Åre på något av våra kontor.
