SkiStar Hemsedal er en stor arbeidsplass med mange spennende arbeidsområder. Vi søker nå etter en vaktmester som vil bli med på laget.

Det er stor variasjon i hverdagen og jobben innebærer daglig vedlikehold og drift av bygninger, leiligheter og hytter som går i utleie. Du vil være et ansikt utad i møte med gjester og løse problemer så de får en minnerik fjellopplevelse.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Gjesteservice, tilsyn og drift av eiendommer, tekniske anlegg og utendørsområder.
  • Reparasjoner og vedlikeholdsoppgaver.
  • Oppfølging av internkontroll, brannrutiner, FDVU-oppgaver og oppfølging mot leverandører av serviceavtaler.
  • Oppfølging og optimalisering av energiforbruk.

Du er fleksibel, praktisk, ryddig og systematisk anlagt. Opptatt av kvalitet i arbeidet. Hos oss får du mye eget ansvar så det er viktig at du trives med å arbeide selvstendig, men også har gode samarbeidsevner. Du må like å treffe nye mennesker og er en serviceperson da du vil møte både gjester, eiere og kollegaer i ditt arbeid. Vi søker en driftig person som er villig å lære og utvikles innen området. Du er en teknikkinteressert problemløser som ikke er redd for å ta i et tak.

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Fagbrev fra relevant utdannelse innen håndverksfag eller VVS-teknisk kompetanse, gjerne fagbrev som byggdrifter.
  • Relevant arbeidserfaring kan kompensere for manglende utdanning.
  • Du har kjennskap til arbeidsverktøy som SD anlegg, EOS, FDVU-systemer og internkontroll, enheten bruker bl.a View til dette.
  • Førekort klasse B
  • Noe kjennskap til relevante lover og forskrifter
  • God kunnskap i bruk av dataverktøy
  • God generell IKT kompetanse
  • Du har god norsk skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne
