Vi søger flere vikarer til et nyere botilbud for voksne med betydelige og komplekse støttebehov.

Har du lyst til og mod på at arbejde med mennesker, der har brug for struktur, kontinuitet, nærvær og stabilitet, og kan du være et stabilt afsæt i borgernes hverdagsrutiner og strukturer, så er du måske vores næste vikar.

Om jobbet:

Du indgår som en del af et dedikeret team, der arbejder med borgere med komplekse støttebehov, grundet f.eks. udviklingshandicap, autisme, psykiske vanskeligheder, eller kombinationer heraf.

Vi søger vikarer til dag-, aften- og weekendvagter.

Du vil få opgaver som:

  • Støtte af borgeren i dennes hverdagsrutiner og -aktiviteter.
  • Sikre struktur, tryghed og forudsigelighed.
  • Praktisk hjælp og omsorg i tæt samspil med faste medarbejdere.

Hvem er du?

  • Du har erfaring med, eller lyst til at arbejde med mennesker med komplekse udfordringer.
  • Du er rolig, tydelig og ansvarsfuld – og kan skabe tillid i mødet med borgerne.
  • Du er fleksibel og mødestabil – og kan arbejde dag, aften og weekend.
  • Du kan arbejde både selvstændigt og som en del af et team.
  • Du har kørekort (en fordel, men ikke et krav)
