  • Ensure inspection steps are properly sequenced with production operations
  • Identify required gages and inspection tools prior to job release
  • Eliminate redundant effort, prevent missed requirements, and streamline inspection execution
  • Own the creation and standardization of ballooned drawings
  • Ensure all drawing requirements are clearly identified, linked to specific operations, and tied to inspection methods and FAIR documentation
  • Maintain consistency across new and repeat jobs
  • Establish a clean, consistent “digital thread” from drawing → planning → inspection → FAIR
  • Participate in contract review and new job kickoff to validate quality requirements and flow downs
  • Review routers and planning outputs to ensure all drawing and specification requirements are captured, critical features are properly identified, and inspection steps are complete and executable
  • Identify and escalate gaps or risks prior to release to production

  • Support initial validation of first-run parts on critical or complex jobs
  • Review and validate requirements for special processes (e.g., anodize, paint, NDT)
  • Ensure proper flow down of specifications to suppliers and internal teams
  • Confirm certification and traceability requirements are defined upfront
  • Support and maintain FAIR and inspection-related tools (e.g., ballooning software, FAIR systems)
  • Develop and maintain standard work, templates, and best practices
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with AS9100 and customer requirements
  • Act as a liaison between Quality Engineering, Planning, and Production (Machining, Fabrication, Assembly)
  • Communicate quality requirements clearly to stakeholders
  • Support alignment between design intent and manufacturing execution
  • All Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
