Riktig Renhold AS søker nå en selvstendig salgskonsulent som ønsker å utvikle nye kunder i Oslo og Akershus.

Dette er ikke en ordinær ansettelse, men et konsulentoppdrag hvor du driver selvstendig og fakturerer ditt månedlige honorar til Riktig Renhold AS.

Du får ansvar for hele salgsprosessen – fra prospektering og møtebooking til befaring, tilbud, kontraktsignering og utvikling av langsiktige kunderelasjoner.

Om konsulentrollen

Som selvstendig salgskonsulent blir du Riktig Renholds ansikt ut mot nye bedriftskunder.

Du får ansvar for å:

  • Identifisere og kontakte nye bedriftskunder
  • Booke og gjennomføre kundemøter
  • Gjennomføre befaringer og kartlegge kundens behov
  • Utarbeide tilbud og renholdsplan ved hjelp av selskapets systemer
  • Presentere løsninger og gjennomføre salgsprosesser
  • Bygge og utvikle din egen kundeportefølje
  • Skape langsiktige relasjoner og nye forretningsmuligheter

Du følger kunden gjennom hele salgsprosessen – fra første kontakt til signert avtale.

Hvem er kundene?

Du vil primært jobbe mot:

  • Private skoler
  • Barnehager
  • Kontorbygg
  • Sameier og borettslag
  • Kantiner
  • Forsikringsselskaper
  • Kjedekunder med flere lokasjoner

Vi ser etter deg som

  • Driver, eller ønsker å drive, som selvstendig konsulent
  • Har erfaring fra oppsøkende B2B-salg
  • Er trygg i møte med nye mennesker
  • Er relasjonsskapende og tillitsskapende
  • Har høy gjennomføringsevne
  • Trives med stor frihet og eget ansvar
  • Gjerne har et etablert nettverk i Oslo-området
  • Kan dokumentere gode salgsresultater

Erfaring fra renholdsbransjen er ikke et krav.

Honorar

Du inngår en konsulentavtale med Riktig Renhold AS.

  • Du mottar et fast månedlig honorar.
  • I tillegg har du en attraktiv bonusmodell knyttet til nye kontrakter.
  • Honoraret faktureres månedlig fra ditt eget foretak.
  • Du er selv ansvarlig for skatt, avgifter og øvrige forpliktelser knyttet til egen virksomhet.
