Vil du jobbe med salg for Norges største telekom-leverandør med et energisk team? Loyalty AS søker nå salgssterke og motiverte medarbeidere til Telenor Utvikling, et prosjekt med fokus på kundeoppfølging og videreutvikling i bedriftsmarkedet.

Om stillingen

Som salgskonsulent hos oss vil du ha ansvar for å kontakte eksisterende bedriftskunder (varme leads) på vegne av Telenor Bedrift. Du gir rådgivning, oppfølging og skreddersyr løsninger som videreutvikler kundens eksisterende avtaler. Segmentet du jobber med består primært av SMB markedet.

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Oppsøkende og rådgivende kundekontakt via telefon
  • Kartlegge behov og presentere relevante løsninger
  • Salg av mobilabonnement, sikkerhetstjenester og tilleggstjenester som mobiltelefoner, mobilt bredbånd, fiber, sentralbord og utlandspakker
  • Ivareta og utvikle eksisterende kundeforhold
  • Arbeid i flere digitale systemer samtidig

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har en positiv innstilling og motiveres av å hjelpe andre
  • Trives med høyt tempo og mange baller i lufta
  • Er profesjonell og serviceinnstilt i kundedialog
  • Jobber selvstendig, men er også en lagspiller
  • Snakker flytende norsk

Det er en fordel (men ikke et krav) om du har:

  • Erfaring med telefonbasert kundearbeid eller salg
  • Referanser som kan vise til høy tilstedeværelse og gode resultater
