DESCRIZIONE RUOLO

All'interno dell'area Digital di NOW, la risorsa, a riporto del coordinatore della divisione Platforms, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione day by day dei partner in essere e supporto allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti ed opportunità di business.
  • Gestione del merchandising e del paid advertising di NOW su piattaforme partner (supporto nella discussione e definizione dei piani con il partner, coordinamenti con il team di comunicazione, monitoring e reporting dei principali KPIs).
  • Monitoring dei principali KPIs di business ed analisi critica dei risultati al fine di proporre azioni correttive e nuove iniziative
  • Analisi competitive e benchmark di mercato.

CARATTERISTICHE PROFILO IDEALE

  • Laureandi in Economia/Marketing/Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Ottime capacità analitiche
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint
  • Spinta al raggiungimento di obiettivi, precisione e proattività
  • Buona dimestichezza nell'analisi dei dati
  • Forte orientamento al lavoro in team
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

MODALITA DI SVOLGIMENTO

Gli stage vengono svolti in modalità mista, alternando giornate di presenza in sede e giornate da remoto. Questa modalità permette di conoscere da vicino l’azienda e i diversi interlocutori, ma anche di dedicarsi da casa alle attività che richiedono maggiore concentrazione. Gli spazi sono pensati per favorire lo scambio, la co-creazione e il lavoro di squadra.

Il nostro hub di Milano si trova a Rogoredo, nel quartiere Santa Giulia, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Milano Rogoredo (M3 Rogoredo FS, treni regionali/AV, Passante) e ben servita dai bus nel quartiere Santa Giulia. Facile da raggiungere anche in auto, grazie ai collegamenti con le principali arterie cittadine.

Nello Sky Campus troverai: due bar, ristorante aziendale, lo Sky Cinema e vari spazi collaborativi dedicati all’innovazione e alla condivisione di idee. Nei dintorni troverai altri bar, ristoranti, supermercati e servizi vari.
