DESCRIZIONE RUOLO Sky Italia ricerca per la direzione CONSUMER, un* stagista da inserire nel team Data, Analytics & Insights.

Sarai seguito/a da un tutor di riferimento che ti accompagnerà passo dopo passo durante l’intera esperienza formativa.

Principali attività

  • Monitoraggio delle performanceAnalisi dei principali KPI di business (acquisition, engagement, retention, churn) Creazione e aggiornamento di report e dashboard
  • Estrazione di insightAnalisi dati per identificare trend, anomalie e opportunità di business Supporto nella costruzione di storytelling data-driven
  • Analisi comportamentale della customer baseSegmentazione clienti Analisi dei pattern di utilizzo e consumo Supporto a use case di CRM e personalizzazione
  • Forecasting e modelli predittiviSupporto nella costruzione e manutenzione di modelli previsionali (es. churn, demand, subscriber base) Preparazione dei dataset e feature engineering
  • Supporto trasversaleCollaborazione con team marketing, prodotto e CRM Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento dei processi analytics.

CARATTERISTICHE PROFILO IDEALE

  • Laurea (o in corso) in discipline quantitative (Economia, Statistica, Matematica, Ingegneria, Data Science)
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint
  • Conoscenza base di SQL
  • Conoscenza base di Python o R (nice to have)
  • Forte curiosità e mindset analitico
  • Attitudine al problem solving
  • Capacità di lavorare in team
  • Buone doti comunicative e capacità di sintetizzare insight

MODALITA DI SVOLGIMENTO

Gli stage vengono svolti in modalità mista, alternando giornate di presenza in sede e giornate da remoto. Questa modalità permette di conoscere da vicino l’azienda e i diversi interlocutori, ma anche di dedicarsi da casa alle attività che richiedono maggiore concentrazione. Gli spazi sono pensati per favorire lo scambio, la co-creazione e il lavoro di squadra.

Il nostro hub di Milano si trova a Rogoredo, nel quartiere Santa Giulia, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Milano Rogoredo (M3 Rogoredo FS, treni regionali/AV, Passante) e ben servita dai bus nel quartiere Santa Giulia. Facile da raggiungere anche in auto, grazie ai collegamenti con le principali arterie cittadine.

Nello Sky Campus troverai: due bar, ristorante aziendale, lo Sky Cinema e vari spazi collaborativi dedicati all’innovazione e alla condivisione di idee. Nei dintorni troverai altri bar, ristoranti, supermercati e servizi vari.
