  • Be the main operational partner for our five discipline-specific guilds and numerous clubs
  • Liaise with the building management, janitorial staff, and external contractors to properly execute the company's projects.
  • Support team logistics such as catered lunches, and other ad hoc administrative or coordination requests.

  • Assist with planning and executing studio events, offering creative input and following through on assigned tasks.
  • Support Marketing with internal communications.
  • Be the internal point of contact between our corporate travel partner and our staff.
  • Reception/Administration responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the studio, handling general inquiries, service requests, greeting guests/employees, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
  • Manage fob and building access provisioning, as well as employee and vehicle management.
  • Manage the internal ticketing system for internal tickets and building management issues
  • Process and track purchase orders, payments, and receipts.

Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in coordination, admin, facilities, operations, or project management in a modern, tech-forward environment.
  • A customer-centric, proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for managing tasks, events, and studio-wide updates.
  • Comfortable communicating studio-wide information across multiple channels.
  • Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety, able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Already have or willing to get first aid certification.
  • Skilled in documentation and tools like Confluence and Google Suite.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute projects and events.
  • Comfortable with software and tools like space-planning platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Desk, Fresh Service).
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
  • First aid practical experience.
  • Familiarity or comprehension of facilities and building systems.
  • Experience with tools like Canva for marketing, events, or branding initiatives.
  • Experience in the games industry and/or a passion for games.
  • Remote event planning experience.
  • Familiarity with purchasing and budgets.
  • Access to a car and valid driver’s license.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
