- Track and report on training completion, effectiveness, and impact on production KPIs (safety, quality, throughput, efficiency).

- Continuously improve training content based on process changes, new equipment, audits, and feedback from team leads and operations leadership.

- Support a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team leads in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and lean/5S principles.

- Perform other duties as assigned. This role may be directed to take on additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities outside of those listed above in order to meet operational, safety, quality, or business needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
