RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Atender solicitudes de los colaboradores en tiempo y forma, brindando soluciones oportunas y un servicio de calidad.

- Administrar y controlar las operaciones diarias de People Services: contrataciones, novedades, separaciones, ausencias, inquietudes y procesos administrativos.

- Mantener actualizados los registros y expedientes del personal (papelería, contratos, terminaciones, anexos).

- Dar seguimiento y respuesta a inquietudes de colaboradores y líderes, asegurando una comunicación clara y eficiente.

- Gestionar la integración y acompañamiento del talento con los departamentos internos.

- Crear y actualizar procedimientos, proponiendo mejoras continuas a los procesos.

- Mantener relaciones de trabajo efectivas y colaborativas con todas las áreas.

- Reportar anomalías, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos internos.

- Dar seguimiento al desempeño de los empleados.

- Impartir capacitaciones relacionadas con procesos internos, cultura o herramientas.

- Administrar inventarios y recursos de la oficina.

- Supervisar al personal.

- Participar activamente en la ejecución y cumplimiento del Programa de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST).

- Mantener actualizados los registros y soportes del SGSST (indicadores, capacitaciones, inspecciones, reportes, evidencias fotográficas).

- Velar por el cumplimiento de protocolos de emergencias, mantenimiento de extintores, botiquines y señalización.

REQUISITOS:

- Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afines.

- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas que gestionan procesos, SLAs y operación diaria.

- Deseable experiencia con sistemas de gestión de calidad.

- Deseable experiencia en SSC (Shared Service Center) o contact center.

- Capacidad para atender temas tecnológicos (restablecer contraseñas, formatear equipos, soporte básico).

- Manejo de Google Sheets o Excel (tablas dinámicas, validaciones).

- Atención al detalle, capacidad de priorización bajo presión, criterio para escalar casos y fuerte orientación al servicio.

  • Habilidades:
  • Ejecución con energía, enfoque y eficiencia.
  • Autonomía y proactividad.
  • Reconocimiento de eventos urgentes y manejo de situaciones críticas.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación (oral y escrita).
  • Alta atención al detalle y precisión.
  • Autogestión (“self-starter”), con capacidad para anticipar necesidades y tomar acción.
  • Organización, priorización y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Orientación al servicio al cliente interno.
