Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Beauty Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable beauty and skincare products while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable beauty and skincare products.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
  • Promote products, ongoing promotions and new arrivals.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Process sales transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally.
  • Support daily store operations and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, skincare or cosmetics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, positive and confident in sales.
  • Strong interest in beauty and skincare products.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo product training.
  • Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
