Snapshot

The Guest Experience Associate is the first friendly face and a trusted guide for guests exploring SKYLAKE. You’ll transform questions into solutions, challenges into opportunities, and visits into cherished memories. Your role is more than customer service – it's storytelling, problem-solving, and creating moments that guests will remember for a lifetime.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome and assist guests in person or over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Anticipate guest needs by observing cues and proactively offering assistance
  • Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure guest requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately
  • Process ticket sales, wristbands, rentals, payments, and approved refunds accurately using SKYLAKE’s point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Provide clear, accurate information about attractions, schedules, dining, special events, and SKYLAKE policies, tailoring recommendations to each guest’s needs
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary and working toward a positive outcome that reflects SKYLAKE standards of excellence
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SKYLAKE events, schedules, and safety protocols
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Problem-solving abilities and a calm, positive demeanor under pressure
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or another guest-facing role; theme park or attractions experience is a plus
  • A professional, energetic, self-motivated, and positive approach to work
  • Ability to work outdoors in an environment with elevated noise levels
  • Ability to read, write, communicate effectively, and follow safety instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
