职位简介

这是一个贴近核心业务的 全栈工程师角色（全职/实习均开放）：

你将直接与创始团队共建核心产品，从 0 到 1 参与架构设计、数据管道、信号抓取、智能代理推理，以及前端交互体验，实现真正的端到端 Ownership。

主要职责

  • 用Python（Flask/Django）构建RESTful/GraphQL API服务，支撑高并发AI工作流
  • 设计并优化核心数据层（SQL/NoSQL + 向量数据库），确保毫秒级响应
  • 搭建并维护AWS/GCP云架构（ECS/Kubernetes + Vercel），实现自动化部署（CI/CD）及监控（Prometheus/Grafana
  • 制定安全规范与灾备方案，保障系统SLA > 99.9%
  • 对接LLM API（OpenAI/Claude等），构建智能代理推理管道，优化token成本与延迟37
  • 实现AI工作流版本化管理），支持AB测试与灰度发布

任职要求

  1. 基础要求： 本科及以上学历，2年以上后端开发经验，精通Python并熟悉JVM系语言（Java/Go） 掌握以下技术栈： 云服务（AWS/GCP核心组件如S3, EC2, Lambda, VPC） 基础设施即代码（Terraform/CloudFormation） 容器化与编排（Docker/Kubernetes）
  2. 架构能力： 有高并发系统设计经验，熟悉分布式事务、异步处理（Kafka/SQS）及缓存策略 精通CI/CD工具链（Jenkins/GitLab CI），编写过生产级测试用例
  3. 工程素养： 代码洁癖者：重视SOLID原则、清晰的文档与可维护性 能快速拆解模糊需求，主导技术方案落地
