Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van alle moderniseringsprojecten in jouw regio. Je bent het aanspreekpunt van het project voor zowel klanten, leveranciers als andere afdelingen (Verkoop, Service en Reparatie). Je vertaalt de opdracht naar een concrete aanpak en planning en houdt zowel het budget als de timeline strak in de gaten. Je signaleert knelpunten en risico’s en neemt actie hierop. Naast het budget en de planning ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, de techniek en de veiligheid. Dit doe jij samen met jouw team, bestaande uit acht monteurs, één werkvoorbereider en één technisch specialist. Op een coachende manier geef jij sturing aan dit team en heb je aandacht voor de persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling. Jij zorgt er voor dat zij in staat worden gesteld om optimaal te kunnen presteren als individu en als team.

Verder rapporteer je als Projectmanager direct aan de afdelingsmanager Modernisering.

Dit worden je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks leiding geven en coachen van jouw team;
  • Het opstellen van planningen en budgetten;
  • Het bewaken van de voortgang van het project incl. het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen;
  • Het contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers;
  • Zorgen dat het project van A tot Z wordt gepland en uitgevoerd.

Dit breng je mee

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met leidinggeven aan een team
  • Minimaal drie jaar ervaring als Projectmanager of in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Een stressbestendige, gestructureerde en analytische werkstijl, gericht op resultaat;
  • Coachende vaardigheden en de wil om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van jouw team;
  • Het vermogen om hoofd- en bijzaken te scheiden en overzicht te houden in complexe situaties.
