What’s in it for you?

Skyline Construction is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead smaller commercial tenant improvement and service projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-moving work, direct client interaction, and managing multiple projects at different stages.

Projects may include single-office buildouts, office refreshes, painting and flooring replacements, conference room modifications, minor demolition and reconfiguration, door and hardware changes, millwork installations, and small mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or technology upgrades.

The Service Project Manager will be responsible for each project from the initial client request through estimating, proposal, construction, and closeout. Success in this role requires strong organization, responsiveness, construction knowledge, and the ability to provide practical solutions with limited oversight.

Our teams use a variety of tools, such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms to keep them on the cutting edge of construction management. Additionally, as a Project Manager, you will interact with professionals from all levels of the industry and, most importantly, clients.
