Receptionist & Bokning – Sky Hotel Apartments & Vander Apartments Tjänst: Receptionist & Bokning (Timanställning) Plats: Linköping Vi på Sky Hotel Apartments och Vander Apartments söker en serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad person till vår reception. Tjänsten är en timanställning och vi söker dig som trivs med att arbeta i en dynamisk miljö där du får möta nya människor både via telefon och ansikte mot ansikte. Hos oss får du vara en del av ett härligt team där du kommer att spela en viktig roll för att våra gäster får en fantastisk upplevelse under sin vistelse. I rollen ingår även arbete i vårt bokningsteam, där du hanterar reservationer, svarar på förfrågningar och säkerställer en smidig bokningsprocess för våra gäster. Arbetsuppgifter: Som receptionist och bokare kommer du att vara första kontaktpunkt för våra gäster, både på telefon och i receptionen. Vi hanterar kundservice för Linköping, Norrköping och Stockholm, vilket innebär att du kommer att ha kontakt med gäster från flera orter. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara: Ta emot och hantera bokningar via vårt bokningssystem Ge gäster information om våra lägenheter och tjänster Välkomna gäster vid in- och utcheckning och säkerställa en smidig incheckning/utcheckning Hantera betalningar och fakturering Svara på frågor och ge högklassig service både via telefon och mejl Hantera eventuella klagomål och lösa problem snabbt och effektivt Arbeta i team med övrig reception och kollegor på fastigheterna Under vissa perioder hjälpa till med administrativa uppgifter och andra förekommande arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig som: Har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom reception eller kundtjänst (meriterande) Är lösningsorienterad och har förmåga att hantera stressiga situationer på ett professionellt sätt Har god teknisk förståelse, gärna erfarenhet av bokningssystem och datorsystem Är kommunikativ, serviceinriktad och trivs med att möta nya människor Talar och skriver svenska och engelska flytande, andra språk är meriterande Har B-körkort Har ett gott tålamod och en positiv attityd, även i utmanande situationer Kan arbeta självständigt men också i ett team
