  • Represent Choice Hotels and the Upscale brands with current and prospective franchisees, at industry events, franchise advisory forums, development discussions, conventions, and appropriate media opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic brand champion, clearly communicating the positioning, value proposition, priorities, and growth opportunities of the Upscale portfolio.

  • Establish clear goals and accountability, ensuring the team achieves or exceeds business and departmental objectives.
  • Develop internal and external talent pipelines and maintain meaningful succession plans for critical positions.
  • Coach and develop leaders and team members to strengthen capabilities, increase organizational effectiveness, and prepare talent for expanded responsibilities.
  • Foster a growth mindset and culture of agility, accountability, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
