  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows- und Linux-Servern
  • Einrichtung und Administration von Netzwerken
  • Implementierung und Konfiguration von Firewalls
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von Telefonanlagen / VoIP-Systemen (SIP)
  • Durchführung von IT-Projekten bei Kunden vor Ort und remote
  • Technische Beratung zu IT-Infrastruktur, Sicherheit und Modernisierung
  • Fehleranalyse, Support und Störungsbehebung
  • Regelmäßige Wartungen, Systemupdates und Optimierungen
  • Dokumentation von Änderungen, Installationen und Kundensystemen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Serverumgebungen
  • Erfahrung im SIP-Umfeld, VoIP-Systemen und Telefonanlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Firewalls und Netzwerkstrukturen
  • Grundverständnis von Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme strukturiert zu analysieren und kundenorientiert zu lösen
  • Freundliches Auftreten und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
