Senior Secondary Coordinator

## Job Summary The Senior Secondary Coordinator will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the senior secondary school segment. This role is crucial in ensuring that educational standards are maintained and that the school meets its goals of fostering a productive learning environment. The coordinator will work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents to enhance the educational experience and facilitate the development of the curriculum.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 3 years experience in educational administration or teaching at the senior secondary level. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment strategies. - Knowledge of educational regulations and best practices.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with educational technology and its integration into the classroom. - Familiarity with student assessment tools and methodologies. - Bilingual abilities are a plus.

## Experience - A minimum of 3 years in a relevant educational role, with prior experience in a leadership or coordinator position highly desirable.
