The posting

Northcom er i vækst og udvider indsatsen inden for defence i Danmark. Northcom arbejder med kritiske kommunikationsløsninger til kunder inden for forsvaret, politiet, kriminalforsorgen samt sikring af kritisk infrastruktur, hvor kravene til driftssikkerhed, compliance og kvalitet er høje.

Slater Consult rekrutterer på vegne af Northcom en teknisk stærk profil, der kan indgå i dialogen med kunderne og omsætte deres behov til konkrete og pålidelige løsninger. Rollen befinder sig i spændingsfeltet mellem teknik, kunder og forretning og kombinerer teknisk indsigt med kommerciel forståelse. Du får en central rolle i samarbejdet med kunder i hele Danmark og er med til at sikre, at løsningerne fungerer i praksis og skaber værdi.

Du får base på kontoret i Ishøj med omkring 30% aktivitet ude af huset i forbindelse med kundebesøg, projekter og messeaktiviteter.

Dine opgaver Du vil have en stor grad af selvstændighed i hverdagen i tæt kontakt med kunderne:

  • Afklare kundebehov og omsætte dem til løsninger
  • Udarbejde og præsentere tekniske løsningsforslag
  • Deltage i implementering og installation hos kunder
  • Opbygge og vedligeholde stærke kunderelationer
  • Bidrage til udvikling af nye muligheder og løsninger

Din profil Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring fra at arbejde med eller i Forsvaret, beredskab eller andre regulerede miljøer og derigennem har opnået indsigt i organisationernes strukturer og beslutningsprocesser.

Som person er du tillidsvækkende og kommunikerer sikkert med både tekniske specialister og beslutningstagere. Du formår at omsætte tekniske muligheder til forretningsmæssig værdi og trives i et miljø præget af høj kompleksitet samt krav til kvalitet og diskretion.

Derudover har du:

  • Erfaring med netværksteknologier
  • Forståelse for sikre og robuste kommunikationsløsninger
  • Interesse for eller erfaring med trådløse teknologier
  • Evne til at koble teknik og forretning
  • Gode kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk
  • Det er en forudsætning, at du kan sikkerhedsgodkendes
