HLEDÁME POSILU DO TÝMU - TECHNIK VÝSTUPNÍ KONTROLY - HLUČÍNDo našeho provozu hledáme kolegu na pozici Technik výstupní kontroly, který bude dohlížet na to, aby vyrobené díly odpovídaly požadovaným technickým parametrům a zákaznické dokumentaci. Jaká bude Vaše náplň práce? - Provádění výstupní kontroly vyrobených plastových dílů a součástí.- Měření rozměrů a kontrola geometrických parametrů podle technické dokumentace.- Práce s běžnými měřidly a měřicími pomůckami.- Vyhodnocování naměřených hodnot a jejich porovnávání s požadovanými tolerancemi.- Zpracování a příprava měrových protokolů a záznamů o provedené kontrole.- Kontrola shody výrobků s výkresovou dokumentací, výrobními postupy a požadavky zákazníka.- Vizuální kontrola kvality a identifikace případných vad nebo neshod.- Evidence zjištěných neshod a spolupráce při jejich řešení.- Spolupráce s výrobou a dalšími kolegy při řešení případných odchylek.- Práce s technickou a výkresovou dokumentací. Co od Vás očekáváme?- Technické myšlení a schopnost orientovat se ve výkresové a technické dokumentaci.- Pečlivost, přesnost a smysl pro detail.- Schopnost pracovat s měřidly a vyhodnocovat naměřené hodnoty.- Zodpovědný a systematický přístup k práci.- Schopnost pracovat samostatně i spolupracovat s výrobou.- Zkušenost z oblasti kontroly kvality nebo výrobního prostředí výhodou.
