Our mission is to help women build confidence in their health and fitness through practical guidance, sustainable habits and personal support. We value thoughtful communication, dependable follow-through and a positive client experience.

We are looking for an experienced sales closer to guide prospects from an established customer base through consultations for an online health and fitness coaching service. This suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, building their skills and growing with the team while staying accountable for commercial results.

What you will do

• Understand prospects' goals and assess whether the service fits their needs.

• Explain service inclusions, pricing and terms accurately.

• Handle questions and objections with a thoughtful, professional approach.

• Own follow-up, maintain accurate CRM records and complete clear client handovers.

• Collaborate with the team and participate in call reviews and training.

Pay and working arrangements

Remote, part-time, based in the United States or Canada: 20 paid hours per week, with agreed weekday call windows between noon and 6pm America/Chicago. Required reserved availability, follow-up and training are paid.

Pay is $25 USD per hour plus 10% commission on eligible collected service revenue, excluding tax and refunded amounts. The hourly base is not a recoverable draw.

Target total earnings are approximately $4,000 to $7,000 USD per month, including hourly pay and commission, at the stated hours and agreed sales targets. This is a projected earnings range, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on performance, sales opportunities and collected payments. Full commission terms are provided in the written compensation plan.

• Proven consultative or high-ticket sales experience.

• Experience selling health, fitness or coaching services is preferred.

• Clear communication, active listening and respectful objection handling.

• Strong CRM, organization and follow-up habits.

• Reliable internet and a private setting for calls.
