Our mission is to help women build confidence in their health and fitness through practical guidance, sustainable habits and personal support. We value thoughtful communication, dependable follow-through and a positive client experience.

We’re looking for an experienced sales closer to welcome new customers and guide suitable customers toward personalised coaching.

Exclusive, company-generated warm leads are provided. You’ll speak with women who have already purchased from our health and fitness business, with onboarding appointments booked directly into your calendar.

You’ll help customers get started, understand their goals and assess whether additional coaching is suitable. You’ll own the conversation through qualification, enrollment and follow-up. You are not expected to source or purchase your own leads.

What you will do

• Lead friendly, focused onboarding calls and help customers get started.

• Understand each customer's goals, challenges and interest in additional support.

• Assess suitability for coaching and ask permission before moving into a sales conversation.

• Explain coaching inclusions, pricing and payment terms clearly and accurately.

• Handle questions and objections respectfully, complete suitable enrollments and agree clear next steps.

• Manage assigned customer opportunities, including appointment confirmations, rescheduling, missed-call follow-up and booking further conversations when needed.

• Keep CRM records accurate and give the coaching team a clear handover.

• Help every customer leave onboarding with a useful next step.

• Participate in call reviews, training and improvements to the customer experience.

Pay and working arrangements

This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States or Canada, with 40 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 8pm US Eastern Time, following US daylight saving time. Required onboarding, calls, follow-up, administration and training time are paid.

Pay is $25 USD per hour plus 10% commission on eligible collected coaching revenue, excluding tax and refunded amounts. The hourly base is not a recoverable draw. Commission depends on collected payments, with full attribution, payment timing and adjustment terms set out in the written compensation plan.

Potential total earnings after ramp-up are approximately $9,000 to $20,000 USD per month at 40 paid hours per week, including hourly pay and commission. This is a projection, not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on appointment volume, performance and eligible customer payments collected; ramp-up and installment timing can reduce monthly earnings.

Requirements

• Proven consultative or high-ticket sales experience, including qualification and closing.

• Experience selling health, fitness or coaching services is preferred.

• A warm, clear phone manner, active listening and respectful objection handling.

• Experience helping customers get started with online services is a plus.

• Strong follow-up, CRM and calendar management habits.

• Availability for 40 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 8pm US Eastern Time, following US daylight saving time.

• Reliable internet, a working headset and a private setting for calls.
