Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar demanda do dia com gestor e verificar a necessidade de cortes de carne para as refeições. Realizar corte e limpeza de carnes, se deslocando a local de armazenagem de carnes, escolhendo as ferramentas para corte e limpeza de carnes, de acordo com a técnica adequada. Organizar os cortes de carne em local de armazenamento, alocando cortes e pedaços de carnes em vasilhames adequados e armazenando em local refrigerado, mantendo a organização do local de armazenamento, agilizando a preparação da proteína e manter o adequado estado de conservação dos alimentos. Participar de reuniões quando convocado pelo seu superior imediato, inteirando-se das necessidades e metas estabelecidas, informando sobre atividades e resultados dos trabalhos e relatando eventuais ocorrências de problemas ou possibilidade de acontecimentos. Participar de palestras, cursos e treinamentos internos promovidos pela empresa, a fim de adquirir conhecimentos adicionais para execução de suas atividades, de forma eficiente e eficaz. Cumprir as normas de qualidade, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente, executando suas tarefas, de acordo com os procedimentos definidos, evitando acidentes e impactos ambientais.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Fundamental Completo;Experiência mínima de 1 ano na área de atuação;Desejável conhecimento em boas praticas de manipulação de alimentos ( BPF); Treinamento para aperfeiçoar os cortes de carnes;Conhecimentos em cortes de carnes;Operação de serra fita.
