Executar as atividades de elaboração do orçamento anual, bem como relatórios e demonstrativos de resultado financeiro da empresa englobando dados de Balanço, Demonstrativos de Resultado, Fluxo de Caixa, Budget, Realizado, Forecasts, etc., além de estudos de viabilidade econômica e financeira de projetos, para fins de tomada de decisão da Alta Administração. Responde ainda, pelo apoio na elaboração e apresentação de resultados das Joint Ventures para Diretoria e Conselho de Administração, sócios e investidores.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar o orçamento da companhia e JV's, analisando premissas de receita (áreas, produtividades e cálculos de preços), custos de produção, resultado financeiro e impostos, bem como projeções de demonstrativos de resultado, balanço patrimonial e fluxo de caixa numa visão anual e na projeção de 5 anos (5 Years Plan);Apresentar relatórios e demonstrativos de resultados e/ou estudos relativos à SLC Agrícola e Joint Ventures em reuniões da Diretoria, Conselho de Administração, sócios e investidores estrangeiros;Elaborar os Reports mensais das JV's para os sócios e diretoria da SLC;Projetar forecasts de resultados da companhia considerado premissas de mercado e simulando cenários, bem como premissas contábeis e fiscais no que tange a normas do IFRS;Elaborar projeções de resultado da Joint Venture nas visões de ano safra, ano civil;Apoiar na elaboração de análise de viabilidade econômica das atividades da empresa ou de novos negócios.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração e afins;Desejável Pós-graduação na área de finanças/orçamento;Experiência consolidada na área de FP&A;Ampla vivência em viabilidade econômica;Gestão de orçamento da empresa;Inglês intermediário/avançado;Desejável que tenha conhecimento para desenvolvimentos em IA;Desejável conhecimento no Pacote Office(Word, Excel (Avançado), Power Point, Outlook), Sistemas de Informações Corporativos (SAP).
