Elaborar e gerar relatórios e demonstrativos em computador, compilando e registrando informações e valores em planilhas e nos sistemas de controle da empresa, para conhecimento, análise e tomada de decisão do superior imediato e demais setores interessados.Elaborar cálculos diversos, através de planilhas do excel e calculadora, para apuração de resultados e elaboração de relatórios e demonstrativos para o setor e demais setores interessados. Emitir e conferir ordens de serviço, pedidos de compras, notas fiscais e outros documentos-padrão, registrando dados e informações internas e externas no sistema de gestão da empresa, para processamento e geração de relatórios e demonstrativos e encaminhamento aos setores responsáveis. Realizar controles diversos em seu setor de trabalho, para acompanhamento de prazos, documentos e serviços, bem como de movimentação interna de pessoas, veículos e mercadorias. Participar de reuniões quando convocado pelo seu superior imediato, inteirando-se das necessidades e metas estabelecidas, informando sobre atividades e resultados dos trabalhos e relatando eventuais ocorrências de problemas ou possibilidade de acontecimentos. Participar de palestras, cursos e treinamentos internos promovidos pela empresa, a fim de adquirir conhecimentos adicionais para execução de suas atividades, de forma eficiente e eficaz.
