Responsável por auxiliar na realização de trabalhos de alvenaria, concreto e outros na construção e na manutenção de edificações nas unidades agrícolas, bem como por auxiliar na manutenção hidráulica e elétrica das edificações, visando contribuir para adequada conservação das instalações das fazendas.Nossos valores são Paixão pelo o que fazemos, Integridade em nossos processos, relações duradouras e resultados sustentáveis venha fazer parte da SLC Agrícola!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar em manutenções hidráulicas e elétricas nas edificações, recepcionando demandas e orientações para a realização das atividades, separando material e equipamentos para reparo e realizando as manutenções, contribuindo para a manutenção de adequado estado de conservação das instalações nas fazendas.Auxiliar nas reformas das edificações das unidades, recepcionando as demandas, recebendo orientações quanto ao procedimento a ser seguido e desenvolvendo atividades de apoio na realização de obras, para atender a novas demandas para o uso das instalações e manter adequado estado de conservação das instalações nas fazendas.Auxiliar nos trabalhos de alvenaria, concreto e madeira, atendendo às orientações recebidas e auxiliando na realização dos serviços em conformidade com as demandas para novas construções, para auxiliar na construção de novas estruturas, atendendo a necessidade de expansão das construções nas fazendas.Manter a organização e conservação do local e dos equipamentos, procedendo a limpeza e recolhendo materiais usados, para cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental Completo;Disponibilidade para residir na Fazenda;Disponibilidade de HorárioConhecimento básico de segurança: Noções sobre o uso correto de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) — como capacete, botas, luvas e óculos — e familiaridade com a Norma Regulamentadora NR-18 (Segurança na Indústria da Construção).Habilidade com ferramentas: Familiaridade com o manuseio de ferramentas manuais básicas (colher de pedreiro, pá, carrinho de mão, betoneira).Comportamento e disposição para aprender: Pontualidade, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e vontade de aprender o ofício para futuramente evoluir para a função de oficial/pedreiro.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Refeitório no Local;Alojamento;Transporte diário para Nova Mutum / Ranchão;
