Responsável por realizar manutenção hidráulica, elétrica e civil nas edificações das unidades agrícolas, bem como por realizar trabalhos de alvenaria, concreto e outros guiando-se por desenhos, esquemas e especificações para a construção de novas estruturas, visando contribuir para adequada conservação das instalações das fazendas.Nossos valores são Paixão pelo o que fazemos, Integridade em nossos processos, relações duradouras e resultados sustentáveis venha fazer parte da SLC Agrícola!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar manutenção na rede hidráulica, elétrica e civil nas edificações, recepcionando demandas, realizando inspeções às estruturas, identificando necessidade de reparo, separando material e equipamentos para reparo e aplicando conhecimento técnico específico para a execução dos serviços, para manter adequado estado de conservação das instalações nas fazendas.Realizar reformas nas edificações das unidades, recepcionando as demandas, realizando inspeções ao local a ser reparado, apontando ao gestor obras necessárias ou recebendo orientações quanto ao procedimento a ser seguido e realizando as obras, para atender a novas demandas para o uso das instalações e manter adequado estado de conservação das instalações nas fazendas.Realizar trabalhos de alvenaria, concreto e outros guiando-se por desenhos, esquemas e especificações, aplicando conhecimento técnico específico para análise de desenhos e esquemas e construção de edificações, para a construção de novas estruturas, atendendo a necessidade de expansão das construções nas fazendas Manter a organização e conservação do local e dos equipamentos, procedendo a limpeza e recolhendo materiais usados, para cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.Requisitos e qualificações• Leitura e interpretação de projetos: Saber ler plantas arquitetônicas, estruturais, elétricas e hidráulicas.• Noções de geometria e cálculo: Domínio de medidas, proporções de traços (cimento, areia e pedra), volume, nível, prumo e esquadro.• Execução de etapas da obra: Conhecimento em preparo de canteiro, fundações, alvenaria, concretagem, reboco, impermeabilização e acabamentos.• Segurança do trabalho: Conhecimento das normas regulamentadoras e uso obrigatório de EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual), como capacete, botas, cintos de segurança e óculos.Habilidades Físicas e Comportamentais• Resistência física e agilidade: A profissão exige esforço físico constante, trabalho em pé, levantamento de peso e movimentação de materiais.• Trabalho em equipe: Capacidade de colaborar com serventes, mestres de obras, carpinteiros, eletricistas e encanadores.• Atenção aos detalhes: Cuidado com alinhamentos e acabamentos para evitar desperdícios e erros estruturais.Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação;Refeitório no Local;Alojamento;Transporte diário para Nova Mutum / Ranchão;
