Responsável pelo apoio técnico nos processos de menor complexidade da produção agrícola, orientando e acompanhando o preparo do solo, plantio, tratos culturais e colheita da lavoura, realizando o monitoramento integrado de pragas e doenças, coletando amostras para análise e levantando dados indicadores, bem como auxiliando o superior imediato na condução das equipes durante a execução dos trabalhos em campo, visando contribuir nas metas de qualidade, produtividade e rentabilidade da unidade agrícola.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a qualidade do solo, profundidade e densidade da semeadura, mediante acompanhamento, avaliação e orientação durante o manejo do solo, fertilização, plantio e distribuição de sementes, visando assegurar a qualidade e produtividade da produção agrícola.Realizar o monitoramento integrado de pragas e doenças no solo e nas plantações, mediante coleta e análise de amostras nas áreas plantadas, providenciando e acompanhando, se necessário, a aplicação de herbicidas e outros produtos químicos, para assegurar a qualidade e produtividade da lavoura.Reportar suas atividades diárias ao superior imediato, informando sobre atividades e resultados dos trabalhos de campo e relatando eventuais ocorrências de problemas ou possibilidade de acontecimentos. Participar ou conduzir as reuniões de DDS (Diálogo Diário de Segurança), alinhando o cronograma de atividades e metas individuais e das equipes, bem como orientando e reforçando a importância em respeitar as normas e procedimentos de segurança, saúde, meio ambiente e qualidade durante a execução dos trabalhos.Auxiliar o superior imediato na condução dos trabalhos do setor, acompanhando a largada e conferindo as atividades distribuídas às equipes, visando o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.Operar máquina e implemento agrícola, na ausência do operador, efetuando regulagem e calibração nos equipamentos, acionando os sistemas de comando e conduzindo na área e trajetos determinados, a fim de cumprir o cronograma e as metas nos processos de preparação de solo, adubação, plantio, aplicação de defensivos e colheita dos produtos agrícolas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica completa;Experiência: em monitoramento de pragas e doenças em soja e algodão; operação e calibração de máquinas agrícolas.CNH AB – experiência em dirigir motocicleta;Formação em Agronomia será um diferencial
