Nessa função você irá gerir a equipe e as operações de Peças da Linha Amarela, integrando planejamento comercial, gestão de estoques e atendimento ao cliente, para ampliar as vendas, assegurar disponibilidade de peças e atingir as metas de rentabilidade e satisfação dos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Gerir o orçamento e os indicadores de vendas, despesas e margens, definindo ações para atingir as metas e a rentabilidade do departamento.2. Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, alinhando prioridades, acompanhando o desempenho e promovendo feedbacks e capacitações, para qualificar as entregas.3. Executar o plano comercial de Peças da Linha Amarela, analisando mercado, carteira e oportunidades, para ampliar as vendas e a presença na região.4. Coordenar vendas e negociações, autorizando descontos e prazos dentro de sua alçada, para assegurar competitividade e margem.5. Gerir estoques e inventários, acompanhando demanda, giro, disponibilidade e divergências, para garantir acuracidade e eficiência no uso dos recursos.6. Assegurar a atualização do CRM e dos controles comerciais, orientando os registros da equipe, para apoiar o acompanhamento das oportunidades e decisões.7. Fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes e integrar as demandas com Serviços e Comercial, alinhando necessidades e prazos, para agilizar o atendimento e ampliar a fidelização.8. Promover melhorias e assegurar organização e segurança no departamento, revisando processos e tratando desvios, para elevar a produtividade e a qualidade da operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo/Desejável Especialização;5 anos de experiência na área, incluindo vivência em coordenação de processos e liderança ou orientação de equipes;Pacote Office Intermediário; Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Ressarcimento de medicamentos;PPR;Day OffVale alimentação;
