How will you make your impact?

As a Manager of Proposals at Linxon, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business by leading the development and delivery of high-quality proposals for complex EPC substation, electrification, and energy infrastructure projects. Working closely with business development, operations, engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams, you will drive the proposal process from opportunity identification through submission, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will contribute directly to Linxon’s continued success in securing and delivering world-class energy infrastructure projects.

What will you do?

  • You will lead the proposal development process from opportunity qualification through final submission.
  • You will coordinate and manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and review milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • You will collaborate with business development, engineering, procurement, project management, and commercial teams to develop winning proposals.
  • You will review solicitation documents and client requirements to establish proposal strategies and compliance plans.
  • You will facilitate proposal kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
  • You will develop proposal outlines, content plans, compliance matrices, and submission schedules.
  • You will gather, organize, and edit technical, commercial, and project information for proposal responses.
  • You will ensure all proposal documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Linxon standards and client expectations.
  • You will manage proposal risks, assumptions, clarifications, and client questions throughout the bidding process.
  • You will coordinate pricing and commercial inputs with estimators and commercial stakeholders.
  • You will maintain proposal libraries, templates, resumes, project references, and other business development materials.
  • You will support strategic pursuits by contributing to capture planning and win strategies.
  • You will monitor proposal performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • You will manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • You will support presentations, interviews, and client engagement activities as required.

Who you are?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing proposals, bids, tenders, or business development activities within the EPC, energy, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • You have demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex proposal processes.
  • You possess strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • You have excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to analyze complex client requirements and develop compliant, competitive proposal strategies.
  • You have experience supporting utility, power transmission, substation, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects, which is preferred.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • You have experience with proposal management, document control, and collaboration tools.
  • You have the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • You have a collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • You have the ability to work independently while effectively engaging stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally based on business needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $119,900 to $229,800. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
