SLRecruiting has partnered with Servpro to recruit for a Full-Time Restoration Supervisor in Albany, GA.

Summary: Servpro is seeking a hands-on, experienced Restoration Supervisor to lead field operations on restoration projects. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing restoration services while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration, construction, or related fields, with proven leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise restoration technicians on-site, ensuring clear communication and task execution.
  • Coordinate and perform restoration activities, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and maintaining professionalism.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards; enforce safety protocols and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and support project reporting.
  • Manage labor and material usage to align with project budgets and timelines.
  • Train and mentor team members to support their development and performance.
  • Communicate project updates and issues to management and office staff.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and facilities as needed.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction.
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying environmental conditions.
  • Exposure to dust, fumes, and loud noise; respirator use may be required.

Schedule & Travel:

  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility required for overtime, evenings, and weekends.
  • Local travel required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
