Descrição da vaga Buscamos um(a) Auxiliar Fiscal Jr. para integrar nossa equipe fiscal, atuando no suporte às rotinas de apuração de tributos e no cumprimento das obrigações fiscais dos clientes. É uma ótima oportunidade para quem deseja crescer na área tributária, aprendendo na prática com profissionais experientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Apuração de ICMS, PIS e COFINS, conferindo bases de cálculo, créditos e débitos conforme o regime tributário de cada cliente;
  • Elaboração e transmissão de obrigações acessórias (como SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, DeSTDA e GIA, conforme aplicável);
  • Escrituração de notas fiscais de serviços nos portais das prefeituras e conferência das retenções de ISS;
  • Lançamento e conferência de documentos fiscais no sistema;
  • Emissão de guias de recolhimento de tributos;
  • Suporte à equipe fiscal nas demandas do dia a dia, organização de documentos e atendimento a solicitações dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins (a partir do 1º semestre);
  • Conhecimento básico dos tributos ICMS, PIS, COFINS e ISS;
  • Conhecimento em Excel (nível básico);
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e cumprimento de prazos;
  • Vontade de aprender e se desenvolver na área fiscal.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em rotinas fiscais, preferencialmente em escritório de contabilidade; Conhecimento do sistema Domínio (Thomson Reuters); Noções dos regimes Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real; Vivência com escrituração em portais de prefeituras (ex.: NFS-e São Paulo).
