SMAC est une entreprise spécialisée en travaux d'étanchéité et de façade, implantée en France métropolitaine, dans les départements d'outre-mer (Martinique, Guadeloupe, La Réunion, Mayotte), mais aussi à l'international : au Maroc, au Chili, au Pérou et en Espagne. S'appuyant sur plus de 2000 collaborateurs et sur son réseau de 60 établissements en France lui donnant un ancrage territorial fort, SMAC réalise chaque année plus de 10 000 chantiers.

En opérateur global de l'enveloppe du bâtiment, SMAC est capable de réaliser toutes les techniques d'étanchéité, de couverture et de bardage d'un bâtiment mais aussi de la façade architecturale.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'Agence, vous pilotez le bureau d'études, les chargés d'études et les dessinateurs projeteurs pour établir les études d'exécution jusqu'au lancement des travaux.

A ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

1/ Responsabilités de management

  • Définir, planifier et organiser les moyens humains nécessaires aux Etudes d'exécution des projets
  • Organiser les partenariats éventuels
  • Etre responsable des contrats et commandes en termes de budget
  • Assurer la relation et les réponses aux contrôleurs techniques tout au long de la phase plans d'exécutions en vue d'obtenir l'approbation complète de nos documents
  • Piloter et animer les chargés d'études placés sous votre responsabilité
  • Préparer et programmer en collaboration avec le conducteur de travaux et le chargé d'études la réunion de lancement travaux
  • Participer à la définition des besoins, au recrutement et au développement des compétences des collaborateurs placés sous votre responsabilité

2/ Responsabilités Commerciales

  • Représenter SMAC auprès des clients et valorise l'image de marque
  • Travailler en coordination avec les équipes commercial
  • Etre le garant de la conformité aux pièces écrites du marché

3/ Responsabilités de Gestion

  • Etre responsable du suivi budgétaire de la partie fournitures des projets en collaboration avec le conducteur de travaux pour optimiser le budget

Qualifications

De formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 (Génie civil, Enveloppe du bâtiment, Gros œuvre…), vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 à 7 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos aptitudes commerciales et votre sens de la relation client. Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et savez fédérer motiver vos équipes.

La maitrise de Autocad et Revit est requise.
