Smallcakes Cupcakery serves delicious cupcakes and treats. We provide a fun and stress-free work environment with customers who are always happy to experience our treats.

We are looking for Cashiers / Bakery Assistants to join both of our locations, in Smyrna (4624 Camp Highland Rd SE, Smyrna, GA 30082) and in West Cobb (3718 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064).

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  1. Greet and take personal interest in customers
  2. Operate POS system
  3. Answer phone inquiries
  4. Assemble cupcake boxes and packages
  5. Clean and sanitize service area and all high touch points frequently
  6. Highlight signature and special daily flavors
  7. Promote novelty products
  8. Assist with marketing and encourage customer loyalty involvement
  9. Provide an overall exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in the food services industry
  2. Great attention to detail
  3. MUST be 18 yrs or older, with flexibility in schedule
  4. Must have ability to work some of the following shifts: Monday - Saturday 9:30AM-4:30PM Monday - Thursday 4:30-8:30PM Friday - Saturday 4:30-9:30PM Sunday 11:30-5:30PM
  5. Must have reliable transportation
  6. Willing to be the sole employee in the store at times
