Design Generalist

## Job Summary We are seeking a creative and versatile Design Generalist to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts through innovative graphic design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.

## Responsibilities - Develop and create engaging graphic designs for marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual assets. - Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials. - Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance and manipulate images. - Assist in the development of digital and print materials as needed.

## Qualifications - Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. - Strong understanding of graphic design principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign). - Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.

## Experience - Open to candidates with 0 years of experience but a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills is essential.

## Environment - Location: Bengaluru - Work Setting: Full-time, in-office position with collaborative team dynamics.

## Salary - Estimated salary range: ₹150,000 - ₹1,500,000 annually.
