1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉 Java及Spring Boot/Spring Cloud 后端框架；了解大模型调用、Function Calling、Agent 框架，具备微服务、API 设计基础； 3、英语四级以上，能阅读英文技术文档和开源框架源码； 4、沟通协调能力强，学习能力突出，自驱力强，具备良好的团队协作意识；
